Welcome to our Healthy Life Homecare LLC Residential Program, where we provide opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. To be eligible for Healthy Life Homecare LLC services, an applicant must be eligible for Colorado Behavioral Medicaid and Medicare Services, have a medical diagnosis of Intellectual and Developmental Disability, and express an interest in receiving the services offered. Healthy Life Homecare LLC currently serves kids and adults with mild to moderate and high disability ranges. We accept all residents without regard to race, religion, or origin. Healthy Life Homecare LLC is a Medicaid Waiver Service Provider.
HEALTHY LIFE HOMECARE PROGRAM AND SERVICES
Our homes are clean, well-maintained houses that anyone would like to live in. You will find residents take pride in their living space. On a typical day, you will see residents cooking, cleaning, exercising, playing music, doing yard work, and even relaxing with a pet. Our staff support allows us to meet each individual’s unique needs, including but not limited to vocational, health, and social support. Our homes are located in pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods with easy access to recreational and community amenities. We foster the concept of LIVE, WORK, and PLAY.
Weekends include a variety of activities and outings, sports, social clubs, individual hobbies, and time spent with family, friends, and neighbors. Residents are active with Special Olympics and often attend state and national competitions. Many also attend annual camps and planned vacations to warm destinations. The residents we serve have very special gifts. Our role is to bring out these gifts, challenge them, and help develop them. Healthy Life Homecare LLC residents, in other words, lead normal lives – and therein lies their greatness.

We partner with each other individuals we work with to develop their personal plans in the areas of employment and independent living. We team up with community members, other agencies, and employers to create a network of partners who expand opportunities and support for people with disabilities in Colorado.
